Remember when you had to email back and forth just to schedule a makeup lesson? Or when you couldn't quite remember when your next billing date was? Or wished you could see your child's progress all in one place?

We heard you. 

We're thrilled to announce that Little Kickers is moving to iClassPro (ICP) - a powerful new registration and account system that's going to transform how you manage your family's swim lessons. This is the upgrade you've been asking for, and we can't wait for you to experience it.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Simple Scheduling: Register for ongoing lessons directly through your own Customer Portal!

  • Flexibility: Need to make a schedule change? Adjust your ongoing lesson day or time right in your account.

  • Progress Tracking: Easily view your child's level and skill evaluations so you can celebrate every milestone.

  • Streamlined Experience: A user-friendly, organized portal built to make managing your family's lessons a breeze.

  • Waitlist Access: Join waitlists directly through the portal - whether you're hoping for a new time, a specific instructor, or an earlier spot.

  • Mobile App: A reliable, easy-to-use app that lets you make updates and changes to your family's schedule anytime, anywhere.

    What We’ll Need From You

    As we make the transition for January 1st, there are just a few quick steps we’ll need from you to ensure a seamless transfer. Please read the steps below and follow the link to get started.

  • Create or sign in to your iClassPro account

  • Agree to policies & sign your updated waiver

  • Add your payment method

    Little Kickers members before September 1st 2025 follow the EXISTING ACCOUNT steps below.

    Little kickers members after September 1st 2025 follow the NEW ACCOUNT creation steps below.

     

    EXISTING ACCOUNT:

    Little kickers members before September 1st 2025

    1. Are you a “Current Customer”

      Click “yes”

    2. Select “Forgot Password” 

    3. Enter the email associated with your Wellness Living account

    4. Enter the recovery code from their email

    5. Agree to the policies and sign the waiver 

    6. Navigate to “My Account”

    7. Select “Payments” 

    8. Select “Add Payment Method”

     

    NEW ACCOUNT:
    Little kickers members after September 1st 2025

    1. Are you a “Current Customer”

      Click “no create a account”

    2. Enter and verify an email

    3. Follow account creation steps

    4. Agree to the policies and sign the waiver

    5. Select “Payments” 

    6. Select “Add Payment Method”

    Please click this link and follow the steps listed above.

Here's the great news: Your current ongoing lesson day and time will remain exactly the same, and your kiddo(s) will be automatically enrolled in those same spots within the new system. Any reschedule credits you currently have will also transfer over. We'll update all of your child's notes and progress on our end, so everything carries forward seamlessly.
